Yes, you can. WinnowPro will choose the optimal time for deploying your posts, but you can customize the date, time, and time zone for any of your posts before they are published. You can set these preferences in your WinnowPro Dashboard under Brand Guidelines.
Note: Please remember that any scheduled posts will be published according to its scheduled date and time unless you 'Hold' the post via email, WinnowPro Dashboard or Facebook Messenger. If you take no action, the post will deploy at its scheduled date and time.
